Chaffin, CPC, CHCC, President (owner/operator), is a Certified Professional Coder with the American Academy of Professional Coders, A Certified Healthcare Compliance Consultant, a graduate of the University of Washington in accounting, a reimbursement consultant, billing/chart auditor, as well as national speaker. She has 23 years of experience in medical billing and office management with 15 of those years in her own business. Her focus for clients is to research reimbursable billing practices as well as increase the efficiency of the accounts receivable process to maximize reimbursement.

Colleen Hudson, Vice President, Senior Account Representative, has over 15 years of medical office experience as well as medical billing experience. She has been with A/R Solutions for the past 10 years. She specializes in credentialing providers with all insurance companies as well as researching reimbursable CPT and ICD combinations for multiple specialties.

Jill Forbes, Reimbursement Representative, has 15 years of medical office experience, with 5 of those years in medical accounts receivable. Her focus is to verify the accuracy of insurance reimbursement, audit allowable rates, adjudicate accounts as well as maintain detailed spreadsheets of reimbursement as they balance to the client’s individual database.

Shelley Barnes, Senior Account Adjudicator, for 8 years she has specialized in deciphering insurance policies and explanation of benefits. She is a stickler for accuracy and balances all client data. In addition, much of her time is spent researching and verifying refund requests from both insurances and patients. She balances each database to the penny at the end of each month and is key in producing professional month end financial reports for each client.
